Transco Lines, Inc. was founded October 1^st, 1984 by James and Zella Harrell and Wayne Bookout. The TLI headquarters are located in Russellville, AR next to I-40 between Little Rock and Ft. Smith. Our central location affords our drivers easy access from coast to coast.

James passed away in June of 1992. At that point, his wife Zella, and Wayne, continued to lead TLI's growth. Although they still maintain an active role, Michael Barr joined the company in 1998, was named General Manager in 2000 and Company President in December 2006. He attributes the company's success to its top notch employees that will go head to head with anyone and take a back seat to no one, all in the name of providing exceptional service to a quality customer base. TLI operates 250 trucks that and looks forward to continued expansion each year.
